Brought my Rolex Sub to Sun Time for a minor polishing after another jeweler had scratched the case back lugs when removing the bracelet.
Fawaz took me in immediately and buffed out the scratches at a fair price. He was quick and efficient, but did not take any shortcuts. He partially disassembled the watch to ensure the polishing was done correctly and completely. He then reassembled the watch with precision and experience. The watch looks great and the polishing was not overdone.
I will definitely be coming back for any of my future watch inquiries!

Delivered two watches to be serviced here for repair. On-site completion of the entire project. The staff is really kind and eager to assist. They are taking a lot of precautions. When you enter the building, they will ask you to use their hand sanitizer. While I was waiting, I observed them using the disinfectant. Their quality and service are unrivaled in the industry.

Incredible shop with personnel that goes above and beyond to be helpful and is very attentive. I needed some little work done on my watch, and they did it without charging me a dime. The store itself is fantastic, and the watches and leather products that are sold there are of the highest quality. A really enjoyable day was had by everybody while shopping. The staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. I ended up purchasing their turntable. Since I've been collecting turntables for over twenty years, I can confidently say that the Sun Time Luxury Turntable is the best table that I've ever had. It really is a piece of art. I have already brought quite a few of my friends here since I adore this place. Even though the costs are high, you may still look around, appreciate the designs, and learn how things are manufactured even if you have no intention of making a purchase. If you like to sit and draw or write, this is a good spot for you because they have chairs and they serve very good coffee. If that sounds like something you'd enjoy doing, you'll feel right at home here.

Bought a Rolex dial from the proprietors of Sun Time's upscale store. He said that the dial was genuine, brand-new, and error-free. I paid for the dial and received it in two days. My watchmaker installed the dial, and he verified that it was brand-new, 100% original, and flaw-free. Excellent and easy deal! He and Watch Time Fly are highly recommended. A+++

I go here all the time, almost every week just to look at the pieces that are on display. Every time I go here I’m greeted with a smile by Mr. Fawaz. He is very passionate about watches and knows his stuff! After a few weeks of visiting his store just to chat and stare at his watches, I finally brought in my very banged up watch (explorer 1, given by my dad) for polishing, cleaning and servicing. It only took him 2 days to make my 6 year old watch brand new again. He even boasted of bringing it to an AD and ask them if it was ever touched and they wouldn’t know. The watch was in pretty bad shape since it was my dads daily for a couple of years. It had deep scars and scratches but Mr. Fawaz was able to polish it out without thinning the bracelet! When I saw the watch again after he serviced it I was just shocked at how it looked. It really looked like it just left the box. Great man and excellent service!

Went to Sun Time Luxury for the first time to get my Rolex Submariner polished. Fawaz, an extremely helpful and professional person was able to flawlessly buffer any scratches/imperfections out and restore it to factory-like condition. Told him that I couldn’t make it to the store until after closing time but Fawaz was able to accommodate and wait past business hours for me to come in. Store is located in beautiful Yorkville and easily accessible! Will definitely be coming to buy high end timepieces from him in the near future.

I have a cartier pasha Automatic watch steel, it keep time when I wear it but stops at night when I put it on the table, I ask my friend Colector he recommended Fawaz I met him at the store he told me he was working at cartier head office for almost four years as watchmaker he knows how to fix it, he explained to me how should be done, I got my cartier back after three weeks like new and now is running on time when I leave it on the table as normal, Fawaz very friendly very honest well trust has nice high end watches I really recommend thank you Fawaz.

I took my old Date just 36mm steel to Rolex they tell me will not fix it because the old and part in the market after searching found Fawaz Suntime Luxury, I took my watch there after nice friendly chat explain what need to be done, after 5 weeks he fix it and working ok until now It was a little expensive but worth it he give me one year warranty but he said we’ll work 4-5 years no problem will see? I had just a few days to find the right watch for my spouse's birthday (Dec. 24th.). I found two options on the Sun Time website. I was nervous but the reviews were excellent so I called Fawaz and purchased a beautiful ladies Rolex with diamond bezel and mother of pearl face. When it came time to service my 1999 Rolex Submariner, which is near and dear to me, I researched where I could get this done.
I decided to not have it serviced by Rolex, as I wanted to preserve the character of the watch and avoid getting it back with a service dial or service hands.
Looking further for independent watchmakers, I came across Sun Time Luxury Watches. The excellent Google reviews intrigued me, I was also familiar with the store as it’s in Yorkville, where we often hang out over the weekend.
So, I decided to leave my precious watch with Fawaz for a full service.
Fast forward 2.5 weeks, today my wife and I went in to pick up the watch. It’s in “as new” condition.
Fawaz explained the work he did in detail. He is clearly passionate about his profession and he is a true craftsman.
You will find many places which may cost less, but sometimes, you get what you pay for. I feel with Fawaz, it’s good value for money and I plan to be back to service my other watches.

I have a Tudor watch day-date antique, sadly it can't keep time. I took it to the Rolex head office at St Clair. They told me it couldn't be fixed because it was too old. They suggested that I should go to one of their Rolex dealers in Humbertown. I did as told and they shipped it out, 2 months later it came back but the time was still slacking. I went back to them 3 times, they told me every time that there was nothing wrong with it. I gave up on Rolex and started looking elsewhere and that's when I found Sun Time Luxury. The reviews were enough proof that he was one of a kind but I asked a few friends just to be sure, they all gave me the go-ahead and so I went, he took the watch and returned it after 2 weeks. To my surprise, it worked, and the time was on point. I highly recommend this place. Who would have known that a one-man business would do a job that Rolex can't! Good job Fawaz, keep it up.

The main reason I chose to go to this location was due to the reviews I read here. What stood out for me was that people said he is upfront, honest, and true to his word. At first I thought a luxury watch shop in the heart of Yorkville would be overkill for a my watch which was in comparison "cheap". Buying a used luxury watch from a private individual can be a very stressful process. It is very important to have someone knowledgeable to go over the watch with you to make sure the watch is 100% authentic before you buy. It’s very difficult finding a good watch maker in this city. However, I was given Fawaz’s name from a friend. Wow what a great experience. He is a knowledgeable craftsman who knows his trade. I stopped by about 2 weeks ago to drop my Rolex GMT Master II off for a full cleaning and service. I had a great time talking with Fawaz about watches. He is very knowledgable and has very fair prices as well. Today I picked the watch up after just two weeks which is almost a full month faster than what Rolex Service Centers said it would take to service. He also met ne on Good Friday which he did not need to do at all. Very nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend Sun Time Luxury Watches for all you watch needs!!

I had a vintage watch that needed a new crystal and pusher. The problem was that the crystal was a special kind that is basically impossible to find and the pusher was equally rare. Fawaz came to the rescue, modifying a crystal and making a pusher. The man is a genius. I would trust him with any repair.

I took my watch to a different watch shop to have the battery changed. They damaged some of the parts and could not put it back together. I went to Sun Time Luxury and told him what happened. He quoted me a price but upon opening the watch he discovered more damage and the first shop left finger prints all over the inside of the watch. Sun Time put my watch together and cleaned all the inside and still honored the first quote. My watch is good as new! I would definitely recommend this place. Friendly, honest and very professional.

I have a Day-Date Rolex watch, latest model. It started losing time, so I took it to Rolex Canada, they told me it will take a while, but I was leaving soon and I need it to be fixed as soon as possible. I started searching around for a watch repairer, after searching for a while I came across Sun Time Luxury, I asked Fawaz if he can fix it quickly, and I was happy to hear his answer. I asked how long and he said that it usually takes longer than 2 weeks but he will do it for me on the same day, with an extra cost. It was an unforgettable experience and he explained every step to me. He opened the watch in front of me, it got to the point where I thought that there was no way he could put everything back together. He then cleaned every part thoroughly in a machine that had three difference solutions, put the parts back, oiled it, tested it with a watch regulator machine, installed new gaskets, and lastly tested if it was waterproof. Not to mention that he allowed me to record. Amazing Customer Service! I cannot say enough nice things about Fawaz. He was extremely knowledgeable, amazing listener and does whatever he can to help you make the right selection. I have never seen anyone better than him, highly recommend him to everyone.

Fawaz was unbelievably helpful to me when I wanted to get my wife a new Rolex. I was surfing the web for a watch, when I crossed fawaz's website, his site was simple, beautiful, helpful and offered a variety of different watches so I went to his store, explained to him that I need a watch for my wife, he was so polite yet so experienced and offered me a wide variety of different women watches, we spent quite a while together discussing which watch to get and decided on a Lady Date-Just watch and I bought it. 2 weeks later, I gave it to my wife for our 30th anniversary and i will tell you this, I don't regret a thing!

I have a vintage Rolex, I took it to Rolex to fix it, it had two broken pieces one of them was a broken balance staff They told me that they won't fix it and they told me that it's parts are in the market but I couldn't find it for a good 15 years. A friend of mine told me to go to Suntime Luxury and try my luck there. When I went there I met Fawaz, he explained everything wrong with the watch then gave me an price. I had no choice so I agreed and left. He called later that week and told me that he found the first part and couldn't find the balance staff, I asked him what he could do and he said that he had to make it. A week later he sent me photo and video of how he made it. After putting the pieces back together I picked up the watch and was so happy when I saw it working again. Fawaz is a legend he is the only one that can fix almost everything, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with his/her watch.

Took two watches in for repair. One was a difficult case and took 3 weeks to repair, but Fawaz was committed to restoring the watch to better than original working condition. The time he spent and care he took to ensure that the watch was working in perfect condition was extraordinary. The second was a simpler fix to the band. I took my Sub Rolex to Fawaz for maintenance and polish, surprisingly he gave me an advice that my watch doesn't need maintenance now because the movement is clean and has fresh oil and grease but he polished it and made it look like I just bought it. All it took was 1 week for a fair price, it really affected me when he told me that it doesn't need maintenance because he could have just said that it needed and charged me for something that wasn't worth it. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend him.

Fawaz is obviously a super-knowledgeable and experienced watchmaker. I took in a 1965 Cortebert mechanical watch, and he gave it a quick assessment. He said it was in great shape, but needed some TLC. So he demagnetized it and sped it up. He carefully explained all the things he was doing, showing a deep love for mechanical watches. I asked whether he thought I should buy a newer band, and he told me to keep the original leather one, even if it was not as fancy-looking as the ones he could sell me. I really appreciated that honesty! The store is a bit hard to find, but a sure bet. And Fawaz is well worth the trek.

I brought in 3 watches - one to have the strap resized (quick and easy), one to have the battery replaced (quick and easy as well - and on a watch that hadn't a new battery in a few years - surprise! - it worked) and the third, an antique watch from the 1940's - Fawaz was honest enough to say that it would be expensive to repair, assuming there were parts available. He helped me once with a watch that I thought needed to a special procedure to make it smaller, he pointed something very obvious (The watch bracelet can easily adjustable all by myself). He could have scammed me and lied by telling me it needed something special or difficult. But no, he was very honest and good at his work. For that I am happy to go back to this shop for my watch related needs.

The store is maybe not the easiest to find, but it is word the effort.

They have a incredible selection if you are looking to start or add to your watch collection, and their pricing is very fair.

Visited his store multiple time for repairs; each time he provided excellent services. He is always up front with prices and will offer alternate solution for your budget needs. Small repairs are done right before you - very knowledgeable.
